About you
As our, Test Analyst, you will provide testing support throughout the development lifecycle of new digital initiatives and the enhancement of existing digital assets. Delivering high quality Automation & Security solutions to the highest standard of user experience for any new product or feature. You possess:
Comprehensive knowledge of the methods and principles of software test engineering.
Demonstrate a broad understanding and experience test plans/cases, and documentation based on standards for Software Development and effective QA implementation in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Knowledge of defect management systems (e.g. Azure DevOps or similar) and ability to pick-up new tools if needed.
Experience in testing Microsoft CRM application.
Willingness to complete a range of tasks and bring a positive attitude.
Good analytical including attention to detail and trouble-shooting skills
Good communication & time management skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks based on project deadlines.
About the opportunity
Reporting to the Lead Test Analyst, some of your responsibilities will include:
Ability to perform test planning activities including analysis of Business Requirements, creation of Test Plan and Test Cases.
Understand the project testing scope, requirements and the context of the development.
Participate and contribute in agile/waterfall project planning activities, eg scrum ceremonies
Ability to design/develop and maintain detailed, well-structured manual tests cases and execute, and raise defects.
Ability to understand, maintain and execute, well-structured automated tests scripts.
Ability to work in a CI/CD DevOps environment to maintain continuous testing pipeline.
Conduct Functional testing, Regression, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Product Verification Testing (PVT) based on the project requirements.
Work with Testing team to achieve the project testing goals by adhering to the RACGP Testing process/Standards.
Execute the approved test plans, monitor and report the progress of the project testing activities.
Evaluate application go live readiness from testing perspective and escalate to Lead Test Analyst/Project Manager for any risks/issues impacting/delaying testing activities
