The Role

Actively contribute to materializing cyber and data security functions/processes across the company, as well as to promoting the awareness on that
- Act as the SME of cyber and data security & compliance in the region, liaising with Global Security teams, Product lines security team, regional Data Protection and Privacy team, local Legal teams etc.
- Drive cyber and data security compliance initiatives across the company
- Work closely with horizontal cyber security teams to support overall cybersecurity and data security roadmaps, strategies, recommendations and advice provisions, harmonizing cybersecurity and data protection from both technical and process perspective
- Maintain and improve cyber and data security & compliance knowledge base and process
- Support the security experts in the product and process teams in understanding and implementing the security requirements derived from the China cybersecurity and data security regulation
- Design and deliver knowledge transfer materials and sessions to relevant stakeholders
- Optimize the end-to-end process and improve the efficiency
- The role works closely with local and global teams across all lines of business
- Enable the customer facing 1st tier to supports sales and customers on cyber and data security & compliance related topics
Role Requirements
- 5+ years of working experience on cyber security, data security and protection with sound knowledge of cyber and data security technology and information solutions
- Sound understanding of cybersecurity and data protection laws and regulations with the ability to apply the principles and requirements to products development, system architecture and business situations
- Proven experience in driving and coordinating between multi-culture, cross-function and diverse environment.
- Knowledge on cyber security best practices and data security frameworks e.g. NIST, CIS, ISO27018 etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field required
- CIPP, CIPT, CISSP, or CCSP certificate preferred
- Excellent communication skill and fluent in English – both to technical and non-technical people,strong organizational skill,self-motivated and able to work independently
